  1. Visit the Website: Start by going to the “My Cellphone CPR” website. Fill out the required information, including your contact details, phone information, a description of the issue, and what happened to your phone.

  2. Drop Off Your Phone: Bring your phone to the designated drop-off location.

  3. Pay for Replacement: Once your phone is assessed, you’ll receive a payment link via text. Complete the payment through this link, phone repair will not begin until payment is made. 

  4. Repair Confirmation: You’ll receive a text confirming that your phone has been repaired, typically within 1-3 hours.. Guaranteed within 24 hours, unless a part needs shipping and details will be provided.

  5. Pick Up Your Phone: Head back to the drop-off location to pick up your repaired phone, as good as new.
